The cultural event of the Golden Games is a kaleidoscope of colour as the elderly are clad in the attires that better represent them and their different choirs that will be participating in a singing competition in Mpumalanga today.

Teams representing seven of the country’s provinces gathered at the hall on the grounds of Nelspruit Hoerskool, adorned in vibrant attire reflecting the unique cultures of their respective provinces.  They are here as proof that they can never be written off, and that they still have the style and grace to rival many of the young people.
