Minister Zulu Leads Service Delivery Oversight Visit To SASSA Local Office In Wynberg, Western Cape Province

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has been improving its services for better customer experience. The agency of the Department of Social Development (DSD) piloted its Queue Management System in 2022.

The system aims to enhance SASSA’s operational efficiency, streamline customer experience by reducing wait times, and foster a more conducive working environment for staff members.

Throughout the visit, Minister Zulu will engage with SASSA staff, social grant beneficiaries, as well as applicants, and recipients. The aim is to gather their feedback firsthand, identifying areas that necessitate attention to elevate the overall customer experience.
